Discovered this via my sister, and I think it’s pretty entertaining. Makes you feel skinny. Actually looking at these pictures makes me feel sort of sick. The food doesn’t even look good. It makes my arteries feel tight. Gah.. Check it out.

Oh my god. So. Fedor. ‘Nuff said. I love this man because he doesn’t talk shit, he just gets shit done. This Documentary interviews many MMA stars (Kevin Randleman, Randy Couture) , refs (Big John McCarthy), commentators, even NFL linebacker Shawn Merriman. Lots of people whose opinions I respect and examines the mystique of this crazy crazy man. It interviews Fedor too, shows us his training regimen as well. It was broadcast on FOX in January of this year, but I just found it… and….. you gotta check it out.
